It was a festive day for Rev Perry as CSW honored him as the co-founder of CSW.  He and Phillip were in the VIP tent, met with friends before the parade and were the 3rd group in the parade ... behind Women on Motorcycles (Dykes on Bikes for the less PC) and the police unit.
